International:

Track your package:

- Use tracking # on carrier’s website
5. Delivery Issues
For problems contact us via rioanddip.com/shipping-help with:
- Order number
- Carrier name
- Screenshot of tracking status
6. Address Changes
To modify delivery address:
- Must request before shipment via rioanddip.com/contact
- Cannot redirect packages after shipment
7. International Notes
- Declared value = order total
- Customs forms marked as “Merchandise”
- Some countries may delay deliveries for inspection
8. Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but missing:
- Check with neighbors/household
- Contact local post office
- File claim with carrier
- Notify us within 14 days
9. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons:
- Processing may take 1 extra day
- Carrier delays possible
