1. Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags
  • Defective products (reported within 7 days)
    Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”) excluded

2. How to Return

Step 2: Pack items securely in original packaging
Step 3: Attach the prepaid return label (domestic) or self-ship (international)
Step 4: Drop off at carrier location

3. Refunds

  • Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive items
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Shipping costs non-refundable (except for defective items)

4. Exchanges

Currently offer exchanges via:

  1. Return original item
  2. Place new order at rioanddip.com

5. International Returns

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Refunds exclude original shipping/duties
  • Must use tracked mail

6. Damaged Items

  2. Provide order # + photos of damage
  3. Keep all packaging

7. Non-Returnable Items

Cannot accept returns for:

  • Face masks/underwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Limited-edition collaborations
  • Final sale merchandise
